End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using "Unsaid" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. This is a binding legal agreement between you and the App Developers.

2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using Unsaid, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using the App.

3. USER GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)

The App allows you to post anonymous letters ("Content"). You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the Content you post.
  • The App acts as a passive conduit for your Content.
  • We do not pre-screen all Content, but we reserve the right to remove any Content at our sole discretion without notice.

4. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content. You are strictly prohibited from posting:

  • Hate Speech: Promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
  • Harassment & Bullying: Targeted abuse, doxing (revealing private info), or threats.
  • Illegal Content: Promotion of illegal acts, drugs, or weapons.
  • Sexually Explicit Content: Pornography or nudity is not allowed.

5. CONTENT MODERATION & REPORTING

• Reporting: Users can flag objectionable content using the 'Report' button.

• Action: Reported content is immediately hidden from the reporter's feed and queued for review.

• Review: We review reported content within 24 hours. Valid reports result in permanent removal and potential banning of the author.

6. ANONYMITY & DATA DISCLAIMER

While Unsaid is designed to be anonymous, anonymity is not a shield for illegal activity.

  • We do not store your real name or phone number.
  • We verify student status via email, but we do not link your email to your public posts.
  • Law Enforcement: We will cooperate with law enforcement if compelled by a valid court order. If you use the App to commit a crime, your anonymity may be compromised by authorities.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS IS")

THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE SECURE, BUG-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES. USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
